A Flash of Ecuador

I love to check out the daily photos on the nationalgeographic.com Ihought I'd take a different approach this week and supply you all with photos of Ecuador, the country, people, and land.

Hacienda San Agustín de Callo is the site of various events during the year, including festivities featuring adorned llamas, the patio dates to the 15th century.

This photo was taken at the Galapagos Islands. The sea lion was near the shore on rocks and was almost the same color as his surroundings.

An indigenous woman, dressed in Ecuadorian attire, farms a field at Hacienda Zuleta, an estate that was once the country home of former Ecuadorian presidents. Sprawled over 5,218 acres, the ranch includes pastureland, forests, and crop fields.
